1. Digital Product Delivery

Most of our study materials are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email and/or directly on your order confirmation page.
1.2 Access Issues:
If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [email protected].
2. Physical Shipping (If Applicable)
If we offer physical materials in the future, the following terms apply:

Domestic: Calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

International: Shipping fees are region-based and may include customs duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
2.2 Delivery Times:
